What can
be done about lost passwords? |

First, remember that passwords are case-sensitive. Be sure that you are typing your password with the correct capitalization. If a staff member cannot remember his or her password, or if a former staff member left the program without notifying the Administrator of his or her account's password, the Administrator can always change passwords for any account in the program from the profile screen. Administrators will never be able to see a user's current password; they can only assign a new one. Any user can also have their password reset automatically by following the Forgot your password? link on the login page. After the user enters their username and e-mail address, NBCCEDP.org will send the user a new password via e-mail. If the password for the Administrator account has been lost, contact support@nbccedp.org for assistance. |
I am having
problems trying to view or print PDFs using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
What can I do? |

Consider upgrading your copy of Acrobat Reader to version 6.0. The NBCCEDP.org staff have found that this version solves most known problems with the site. See Problems Using Acrobat Reader with Internet Browsers for some alternative troubleshooting methods. If you continue to have problems, e-mail support@nbccedp.org . |
