To upload MDE files from your computer to NBCCEDP.org, go to the Submit MDEs section of the site and click the Submit link on the submenu. You must have the Submit permission in the Submit MDEs category in order to access this page.
Note that the fields in the yellow section -- MDE File, Covering Data, and # of Records Submitted -- only need to be filled out once per submission. If you later add more files to the same submission, you do not need to fill out those fields again.

Use the Description text box below the Additional File field to describe the contents of the file or your reason for including it.
Additional Submission Comments: If you want to provide any supplemental comments or information about your submission, type them in this box. The NBCCEDP staff will read them along with your submission.
If you make a mistake, you can click Reset to restore all the fields to the values they had when the page first loaded (in most cases, they will be blank).
When you have filled in all the necessary fields, click Submit to upload the file. A warning message will let you know if any required fields are blank or incorrect. Fill in those fields and submit the form again. If the submission is valid, a pop-up window will indicate the status of the uploading process. When uploading is complete, the Submit MDEs View page will be displayed, including a record for the files you have just submitted.
